Accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Service Manager/Service Writer. The Service Writer serves as a liaison between customers and auto technicians and is the first line customer service representative, solving related problems and meeting pre-determined services sales objectives. He/She sells work that generates revenues, explains to customers vehicle maintenance as well as auto repair services, develops estimates and quotes. Focuses on customer satisfaction and resolution of customer complaints thereby generating repeat customers.
